2. Personal data collected

When you make a booking we collect the following information: name, email address, phone number, address details and any special requests. We also collect the traveller information required by law from every overnight guest, at minimum name and date of birth, before or upon check-in. Payment details are not stored on our servers — they are processed by the payment provider.

3. Purpose of processing

Personal data is used to process bookings, provide customer service, send confirmation messages, and fulfil statutory obligations (e.g. the traveller registration card).

4. Data retention

Booking data is retained for the statutory period (a 6-year bookkeeping obligation). Traveller registration card data is retained for 1 year after the end of the stay.

5. Disclosure of data

Data is disclosed only to the payment provider for processing payments, and to authorities in statutory situations. Data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data or request data portability. Requests can be sent by email to info@insidervisit.com.

7. Cookies

The website uses technically necessary cookies for the booking service to function. Analytics cookies are used only with your separate consent.

8. Data security

All data transfer is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to personal data is restricted to those who need it for their work. Servers are located within the EU.
